Quick answers
Common questions from customers. For anything else, call us or send a message.
Are your scaffold towers certified for safe use?
Yes. Our towers are built to UK safety standards for stable, compliant work at height. Look for EN 1004 certification on our Industrial and Trade towers for business and site use.
Do you offer free UK delivery?
Yes. We offer free next day delivery across the UK mainland when you order in time. Deliveries to remote areas may take a little longer.
How do I choose the right tower?
It depends on the working height you need, the task and how often you will use the tower. Send us those details and our team will recommend the right model.
Can I use a scaffold tower outdoors?
Yes, on firm and level ground. Avoid using the tower in high winds and fit stabilisers or outriggers exactly as the instruction manual describes.
Do your towers come with a warranty?
Yes. Every tower comes with a manufacturer warranty. Contact us with your order number if you ever need help with a part.
